He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl "Jackie" Holt and Alma "Dean" Holt; his parents-in-law, Jim and Vivian Ramsey; his daughter Taylor Lee Williams; and his friend David Kinser.
He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Ramsey Holt; his sons, Sean Holt (Lindsey) and Bradley Holt; his grandson Wyatt Holt; his brother Freddy Holt (Leann); his brother-in-law Jeffrey Ramsey (Aundrea); his nieces and nephews, Laura, Aurora Ramsey, Amanda Ramsey, Remi Pierce, James Maggard and Joseph Maggard; his brothers, Eddie Schneider, Rick Shelton, Opie Crum, David Burns, David Peake, George Scott, Allen Jones and Russell Frye; and the mother of his children Lisa Ottinger Holt. He is also survived by cousins and extended family.
