He was predeceased by: his parents, Jay Waddell and Adglalene Waddell. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Waddell; his sons, Jimmy Shiflet (Nancy Noe) and Timothy (Lisa Shipley); his grandchildren, Brooke Smith (Matt), Briana Shiflet, Raven Shipley, Kaitlyn, Kelly, Karli and Aldrich; and his sisters, Geri Waddell and Sharon Holder. He is also survived by cousins, nieces & nephews; special friends.
