She was predeceased by: her daughter Reta Faye Wills Taylor; her parents, George Tarlton and Faye Ricker Tarlton; and her siblings, Dorothy Arrington (Lucille), Cleo Tarlton, James Tarlton (Jack) and Jerry Tarlton.
She is survived by: her husband Herbert Wills; her grandchildren, April Taylor, Ben Conner of Greeneville and Kristen Conner Blair of Jonesborough; her great grandchild Robert Daniel Blair; her sisters-in-law, Susie Wills and Jean Tarlton of Erwin; and her close friends, Bryant, Jackie Boles, Sandra Bishop and George Adams. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
