She is survived by: her son Gary; her daughter-in-law Pam Fletcher; her granddaughter Kaylin (Josh Miller); her great grandchild Garrett Miller; her brother James "Junior"; her sister-in-law Pat Ellenburg; her nieces and nephews, Joyce Seaton, Lowell Tate, Reva Phillips, Reece Ellenburg, Melinda Ricker, Angie Waldroup and Jamie Ellenburg; and her caregivers, Jeanetta Williams, Ginni MacDonald, Cindy Sneed and Sandy Boles.
