She is survived by: her daughter Marilyn; her son-in-law Dean McHone of Myrtle Beach, SC; her granddaughter Jaime; her great grandchildren, Coleman Bess and Carson Bess; her stepgrandson Coty McHone; her brother Hugh Culvahouse of Wilson, NC; her friend Sandra Garber; and her pets, Toot and Zoey.
