He was predeceased by: his siblings, Teddy Radar, Bobby and Ester Chandler; and his grandchildren, Madison Cole and Duran Lee Morales.
He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Norton; his children, Christy (Mario Morales), Charlotte Nelson, Anthony (Lisa Norton), Wanda Davis, Margarette (Randy Roark), Connie Norton and Sharon Anderson; his siblings, Willard Norton of North Carolina, Ronnie Norton of North Carolina, Junior Norton of North Carolina and Maggie Griffen of North Carolina; and his close friend Anthony Quillen. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren and one grandchild.
To help defray funeral expenses, the family asks that donation be made to the funeral home.
