She is survived by: her husband Teddy Neal Hawk; her son Michael Neal; her daughter-in-law Jennifer Hawk; her grandsons, Jacob Hawk and Jeffrey Hawk; her sister Helen Ricker Sauceman of Greeneville; her siblings-in-law, Tim and Karen Hawk; her friend Billia Johnson; and her cousins, Judy and Willis Smith. She is also survived by aunts, uncle and several cousins.
