She is survived by: her children, Dale Stewart (Ozell) and Walter H. D. Maddox of Greeneville; her brother Richard Ford of Kingsport; her grandchildren, Chadwick Moore, Michael Hollerman Jr., Breena Gillespie (Aaron), Desmond Maddox, Ella Maddox, Amari Maddox and Aleia Maddox; her great grandchildren, Alex Duckett, Taylen Gillespie, Aniyah Gillespie and Ariyon Gillespie; her nieces and nephews, Christal Mayes, Lastar Rogers, Nashala Livingston, Marcellouce Rogers Jr., Sedrick Machen, Aaron Rogers, Eric Machen and Brandon Roark; and her close friends, Nina Burks, Lynetta Robinson and Leon Carson.
