He was predeceased by: his mother Juanita Lowery Leek; his stepmothers, Betty Armstrong and Frances Armstrong; and his brother Ken Finzel. He is survived by: his girlfriend Diane Fox of Greeneville; his children, Brett Armstrong of Amboy, Illinois and Nicole; his son-in-law Ryan Kreutziger of South Elgin, Illinois; his daughter Tasha; his stepdaughter Jessica Fox of Inman Mills; his grandchildren, Briana, Jacob, Brayden, Madilyn, Deklan, Bobbi, Jayce, Lydia, Theodore and Dylan; his father Robert Armstrong (Shirley Terry) of Chuckey; his brother Ron Armstrong; his sister-in-law Michelle Houston of Chuckey; his brother Russ Armstrong of Laredo; his sister-in-law Karen Armstrong of Chuckey; his sister Virginia; his brother-in-law Mike Jaynes of Greeneville; his brothers, Roger Armstrong of Johnson City and Don; and his sister-in-law Wendi Armstrong of Afton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
