He is survived by: his wife Connie Dale Lee Rice; his son Robert Steven Brown (Donita); his siblings, Joyce Gupton (Mike) and Mitchell Rice (Carolyn); and his granddaughters, Amelia Faith Brown and Reagan Elizabeth Brown.
