He is survived by: his wife Eliva Marie Fann; his mother Patsy Fann; and his daughters, Angie Grogan (Pat), Melisa Bagsby (Tim), Pam Davis and Cathy Hinkle (Ronnie). He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
