He is survived by: his son Spencer Thad Williams of Greenbrier; his siblings, Fred Williams (Sheryl) of Ridgetop and Arnell Jernigan (Howard "Junior") of Greenbrier; his grandchildren, Tasha Mead (Clinton) and Courtney Rigsby (Ryan); and his great grandchildren, Savanah Highley, Bethany Mead, Elizabeth Mead and Sara Beth Mead.
