He was predeceased by: his parents, John William and Mattie Ellis Evilcizer; his siblings, William Gary Evilcizer, Sue Anne Harris and Betty Lynn James; and his nephew John Harris.
He is survived by: his wife Billie Suter Evilcizer; his son Todd Evilcizer (Tammy) of Springfield; his brother Larry Evilcizer (Patty) of Springfield; his siblings-in-law, Jimmy Wilson (Bobbye) of Greenbrier and Betty Davis of Cookville; his grandchildren, Brenna Reeves, Kendall Evilcizer and Camryn Evilcizer; and his great grandchildren, Charlie Reeves and Bonnie Reeves.
