It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jean Dodgen Ashley of Greenbrier, Tennessee, who passed away on September 20, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Wesley Dodgen and Beatrice Dodgen; her husband Jack W. Ashley Sr.; her siblings, Joe Dodgen, Pete Dodgen and Hazel Brumley; and her grandson Jackson Ashley.
She is survived by: her children, Pat Fults (Terry), Jan Ashley and Jack W. Ashley II (Dana); her sisters, Vivian Harris, Carolyn Young and Louise Weakley; her grandchildren, Eric Fults, Jesse Fults, Brandon Fults (Jana), Sophia Ashley and Sam Ashley; and her great grandchildren, Eric Paul and Charlee Linquist-Sanders.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations in Jean's memory be made of Jackson's Playground, South Haven Christian School. 112 Academy Drive, Springfield, TN 37172.
