We are sad to announce that on March 7, 2021, at the age of 53, James D. Spain Jr. of Greenbrier, Tennessee, born in Nashville, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Wanda Gay Spain; and his nephew Chad Spain. He is survived by: his father James Donaldson Spain, Sr. of Greenbrier; his wife Ruthie Ann Hernandez Spain of Greenbrier; his daughter Shelby Keith (Nick) of Greenbrier; and his siblings, Frank Spain (Joy) of Greenbrier, Penny Spain of Joelton, Greg Spain (Stephanie) of Greenbrier and Carlene Veigel.
