He was predeceased by: his parents, James Claiborne and Dixie Claiborne. He is survived by: his sister Peggy Slagle (Eddie) of Lafayette, Tennessee; his nephew Chad Whitehead of Greenbrier, Tennessee; his nieces, Renee Greene (Daniel) of Cottontown, Tennessee and Ashley Mobley (Stuart) of Murfreesboro, Tennessee; and his great-nieces, Bridgette Greene, Annabeth Greene, Maura Mobley and Laurel Mobley.
