She was predeceased by: her parents, Wiley Edward and Letha Elizabeth Hill Swinea; her husband William Earl Hodges, Sr.; her son William Earl Hodges, Jr.; her granddaughter Stephanie Bryant; and her siblings, Edward Swinea, Caroll Swinea, Arthur Swinea, Charlie Swinea, Robert Lewis Swinea, Thomas Swinea, Benton Swinea, Clinton Swinea, Betty Stamps, Connie Peden, Wylene Belew and Hazel Dodson.
She is survived by: her children, Teresa Bryant of Greenbrier, Jeff Hodges (Melanie) of Greenbrier, Tammy Hudgens (Mark) of Greenbrier and Tonia Ellis (Mikey) of Greenbrier; her brother Roy Swinea (Judy) of Greenbrier; and her grandchildren, Nick Bryant (Crystal), Heath Bryant (Katelyn), Jared Bryant (Dory), Maggie Bryant, Kylie Hodges, Zachary Hodges, Michael Hudgens (Courtney), Matthew Hudgens (Jessi), Lauren Hudgens, Cameron Ellis, Cason Ellis and Daniel Ellis. She is also survived by 12 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
