In loving memory of Dorothy Ann Carney of Greenbrier, Tennessee, who departed this world on November 22, 2024 at the age of 89. Dorothy Ann leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Clay Brown and Nannie Marie Swan Brown; her husband Harry "Tino" Carney; her daughter Beverly Ray; and her siblings, Thelma Haggard, Tommy Brown, Ronnie Brown, Roy Brown, Doug Brown and James Brown.
She is survived by: her children, Harry Carney (Cheryl), Gary Carney (Sondra), Debbie Jones (Fred) and Cindy Sheehan (John); her son-in-law Emmett Ray; and her brother Charlie Brown. She is also survived by 77 grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Austin & Bell Funeral Home (2619 Hwy 41 S, Greenbrier, TN 37073). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
