He is survived by: his wife Gleneta Noffsinger of Greenbrier, TN; his children, Lance Noffsinger (Kim) of Greenbrier, TN and Doneta Noffsinger Williams (Brian) of Henderson, KY; his grandchildren, Brianna Cessna (Justin), Curtis Williams (Hannah), Lee and Cal Noffsinger; and his great grandchildren, Jace and Mia Cessna.
