It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cynthia Louise Perry of Greenbrier, Tennessee, born in Olean, New York, who passed away on March 10, 2023, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her mother Shirley Avard; her children, Bailey Jones (Eric), Jackson Helton and Stephen Perry (Shaina Gobin); her grandchildren, Connor Perry, Sean Perry, Shiloh Perry, Claire Perry, Juniper Jones, Waylon Jones and Sawyer Jones; her siblings, Dan Perry, Scott Perry, Mike Perry and Julie Russell; her brother-in-law Rodney Russell; her niece Stacey Mitchell; and her nephew LaRue Russell.
