He is survived by: his grandsons, Jeremy Creasy, Roge Herndon, Kyle Herndon and Chad Herndon; his great grandchildren, Tony Moody and Duncan Cloud; his children, Julie Creasy (Jerry) of Hendersonville, Charles Herndon, Jr. (Marsha) of Ridgetop and Rick Herndon (Tina) of Mt. Juliet; and his daughter-in-law Dee Herndon of Greenbrier.
