He was predeceased by: his father Johnnie Eldridge; and his sister Linda Reed. He is survived by: his wife Betty Dean Kirby; his children, Timothy Burns (Nancy Jenkins) and Monica Leah Drew (Jackie Dean); his grandchildren, Daniel Lee Burns, Kristopher Goff, Jamie Goff and Jay Goff; and his siblings, Johnnie Kirby, William Kirby, Harold Kirby, Ronnie Kirby, Rita Rooks, Mae Lutz, Ann Lanier and Sharon Kirby. He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
