It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Reginald McCoy of Greenback, Tennessee, born in Sneedville, Tennessee, who passed away on April 7, 2024, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Delmas and Lucy Mae McCoy (Seal); his father-in-law Maurice Robertson (Anna) of Morristown; and his brothers, John (Joan) and Carl Delmas, Jr. McCoy (Barbara).
He is survived by: his wife Maureen; his daughter Amy; his son-in-law Larry; his grandchildren, Clare and Adam Bartlett of Maryville; and his siblings, Michael, Jeff (Polly), Mark (Teresa), Ned McCoy of Sneedville, Larry McCoy of Greeneville, Brenda Shepard (Raymond), Judy Seals (Eddie) of Morristown, Dorothy Bales (Donnie) of Talbott and Shelia Bales (Richard) of Sneedville.
In place of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or East Tennessee Children's Hospital Oncology Department to recognize the care given to his grandson.
