She was predeceased by: her parents, Sam Duckett and Irene Caylor White; her husband James Leonard; and her brothers, Steve Duckett and Eddie Lee.
She is survived by: her siblings, Sherry Kidd, Connie (Dennis Anderson) and John; her sister-in-law Donna Duckett; and her niece Lyndsey Smith. She is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
