He is survived by: his wife Susie Chapman; his sons, Doug Chapman (Teresa) and Don Chapman (Christi); his grandchildren, Shawn Chapman (Monica), Casey Wilkerson, Jeremy Chapman (Mattea), Nick Chapman, Corey Chapman, Nicole Wilkerson, Zack Chapman, Jake Debusk and Courtney Chapman; his great grandchildren, Peyton Chapman, Caden Chapman and Grant Chapman; his sister Bertha "Bert" Shown; and his sister-in-law Peggy Chapman.
