He was predeceased by: his parents, Sylvester Hoffman and Lillian Hoffman. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie; his children, Michele Tulloss (Charles Graham), Jim Hoffman (Kristy) and Carrie Murczek (Joe); his grandchildren, Mat (Emily Ellsworth) of Caroline, TJ, John, Jake and Grace; and his sister Geri Gedmin (Gene Buza).
