He was predeceased by: his parents, I. M. Denton and Flora Lou Denton; and his brother Dale Denton. He is survived by: his children, Jeff Denton (Lotta) of Easton, Jamie Lynch (Rex) of Clinton, TN and Dayna Streussnig (Ted) of Knoxville, TN; his grandchildren, Zach Denton, Anna Denton, Sofia Hammon (Logan), Jens Denton, Jake Lynch (Bethany), Clint Lynch (Ashlee) and Lindsey Pennington; his great grandchildren, Emmie, Luca, Shia, Cohen, Renlee, Emma, Rivie and Landon; and his brother Hugh Denton (Mary Lee) of Marietta, Georgia.. He is also survived by friends, and neighbors.
