She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Ellis McMillan, Sr. and Mildred Lucille McMillan; and her father-in-law Harold Creed Raper. She is survived by: her husband John Creed Raper of Greenback; her son Dustin Ellis Raper; her daughter-in-law Kylene S. Raper; her grandchildren, Colton Ellis Raper and Emmarie Elise Raper of Niota; her sister Beverly; her brother-in-law Christopher Mason; her brother Richard Ellis McMillan, Jr. of Madisonville; and her mother-in-law Rosalee Raper of Englewood.
