He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Wesley Goins and Albie Goins (Reed); his wife Elizabeth Ann Goins (Beene); and his siblings, Troy Goins, Wesley Charles Goins, Audrey May Goins and Betty Stout.
He is survived by: his children, Katherine Hickman of Dayton, Lisa Goins of Dayton, Johnny Goins (April) of Cleveland, Tim Goins (Tammy) of Dayton and Michael Goins (Cindy) of Graysville; his sister Irene Small of Dayton; and his close friends, Caneallie King, Janet King, Kenneth May and Gene Denson. He is also survived by his seven grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandson.
