He is survived by: his children, David Williams, Sr. (Adina), Annette Mosier and Kimbery Young (Jack); his former wife Liz Mahaffey; his grandchildren, Kathleen Cross, James Mosier, Jr., Becky Hartline, Tiffany Mosier, David Williams, Jr. and Annette Marie Williams; and his great grandchildren, Tionna Mosier, Hayden White, Khloe White, Brooklynn White, Joshua Mosier, Jasmine Mosier, Isabella Long, Cameron Long, Samantha Williams and Nevaeh Williams.
