He was predeceased by: his father Marshall N. Johnson; and his brothers, Stacy Johnson and David Johnson. He is survived by: his husband Michael Turrubiates; his mother Betty Youther Johnson; his son Jason Johnson (Tiffany); his sisters, Karen Nixon and Denise Williams; his grandchildren, Dillian, Daniel and Delilah Johnson; and his nephew Joey (Tara Turrubiates).
