He was predeceased by: his mother Katherine Goins; and his sister Barbara Schoder. He is survived by: his wife Virginia Della Goins; his sons, Bobby Lee "Chip" Goins Jr. (Renee) and John Brandon Goins; his grandsons, Zachery Goins, Hunter Goins and Ellic Goins; and his sister JoAnn McCrary.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Coulter-Garrison Funeral Home, Inc. (1670 Market St, Dayton, TN 37321-1130). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
