He was predeceased by: his father Harrison Osborne; his grandparents, Daisy Marie Lane, Ralph and Dorothy Osborne; and his sister Tammy Osborne.
He is survived by: his pet Roxy; his sons, Dakota, Isaac and Ryan Osborne; his stepchildren, Timmy, Shawna Thurman and Anthony Hammonds; his grandchildren, Makenzee, Madyson, Haylie, Jayven and Izayah; his mother Sharon White; his brothers, Brian Osborne, Lee White and Nathan White; his wife Melissa Osborne; and his grandfather Harry Lane. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and a longtime friend, Kathleen Shrader and her children and grandchildren.
