She was predeceased by: her parents, Jackson Carter and Alice Roark Carter; her children, Alice Stallard Hale, Jolene Combs, Donna Bedingfield, Michelle Newton and Travis Stallard (Sarah); her siblings, Bobbie Walls, Natalia Horton, Jenny Fletcher and John Cisco; her grandchildren, Pilar Whittington, Trieste Shell, Nicholas McCoy, Christopher Stallard and Bree Byers; and her great grandchildren, Allie, Lillie Sue, Jaxon, Saphira, Abbie and Takota.
She is survived by: her pet Blossom.
