She is survived by: her children, Kelly Shipley Cook (Jeter) and Jeff Shipley (Linda); her grandchildren, Madison Cook, Spencer Cook, Connor Cook-Hinkle (Jason) and Lane Shipley; her great grandchild Gatlin Crowder; her sister Rita Blevins; and her niece Ginger.
