We are sad to announce that on January 20, 2020, at the age of 85, Ruby Lee Markland (Gray, Tennessee), born in Newport, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William McKinney and Bessie Lee Neeley McKinney; and her husband Rev. James Allen Markland. She is survived by: her daughter Debbie Berry (Bobby) of Greeneville; and her grandchildren, Traci Ayers, Angela Jordan, Crystal Berry and Randy Thomas. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
