He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald Keith Justice, Sr. and Betty Jane Buchanan Justice; and his wife Corinna Bowers Justice. He is survived by: his children, Brandon Justice (Stephanie), Danielle Gross (Justin) and Shanon Stoner; his stepdaughter Jennifer Copeland; his grandchildren, Chandler, Carter Justice, Aiden, Mason and Liam Gross; his brothers, Daniel Justice (Joyce), Randall Justice (Kathy) and Kenny Justice (Roslyn); and his close friend James Whitley. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
