He was predeceased by: his parents, Teresa Ruth Hanneken and Dierker. He is survived by: his wife Charlene Marie Piel; his daughters, Deborah Lynn Harr and Brenda Marie Barnicki; his grandchildren, Amber, David and Matthew; and his siblings, Richard, Joyce, Judy, Carol, Jeanne, Joan, Jeri, Randy and Hanneken.
A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 1:30 PM at the St. Dominic Catholic Church (2517 N John B Dennis Hwy, Kingsport, TN 37660).
