Rice of Gray, Tennessee, born in Johnson City, Tennessee, who passed away on January 13, 2024, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his children, Kim Basinger, Beckey Jackson, Stephen Rice (Brooke) and Kevin Rice (Brandy); and his grandchildren, Jordan Chase, Robbie Jackson, Ben Jackson, Jacob Rice, Maggie Rice, Sara Faith Fisher and Abigail Fisher.
