He was predeceased by: his parents, George Woodby and Rosa Mae Stroud Woodby. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ann Daigle Woodby; his daughters, Temple Fawn Williams and Armeta Jo Pierce; and his siblings, Georgia Hickman, Joan Ramey, Janice McKay and Larry Woodby. He is also survived by Four grandchildren, 10 great- grandchildren, 3 great- great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Salvation Army, 204 West Walnut Street Johnson City, TN 37604 in his memory.
