She was predeceased by: her parents, Marshall Medlin and Maude Medlin; her daughter Andrea Nicole Burgess (Nikki); her siblings, Lavada Medlin, Joe Medlin, James Medlin and Verlin Medlin; and her brothers-in-law, Rufus Tipton and Trever Burgess.
She is survived by: her husband Rendall Burgess; her children, Morgan Blair Burgess (John Hyatt) and Rendall Quincy Blake Burgess (Andrea); her grandchildren, Hayden Metcalf, Hadley Arnett, Chandler Burgess and Corbin Burgess; and her siblings, Barbara Tipton, Sandra Medlin and Leroy Medlin (Ellen Jane).
