He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Winters and Maxine Dalton Winters. He is survived by: his friends, Paul and Dallas; his children, Christopher Campbell, Heather Winters and Jade Bolinger; his siblings, William Edward Winters (Judy) of California, Lisa Sigmon, Tonya Simpson, Cheryl "Sammy" Winters (Valerie) of Gray and Linda Middling (John) of Michigan; and his niece Riley Winters. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the funeral home to help with expenses.
