She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Beryl and Etta Marie Ford; her son Harold Keith Deakins; and her husband Lawrence Smith. She is survived by: her children, Nancy Sutphin (Farrell), Deborah Deakins and David Deakins (Pam). She is also survived by two grandsons; one granddaughter; seven great-grandchildren; one sister and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Washington County Library System- Gray Branch Library or Gray United Methodist Church in honor of Lucille.
