She was predeceased by: her parents, Sam Hawkins and Pearl Cash Hawkins; her husband James A. Milhorn; her siblings, S. G. Hawkins, John A. Hawkins and Evelyn Hamilton; and her granddaughter Sara Beth Donaldson.
She is survived by: her children, Darryle Milhorn (Jessie), Dwight Milhorn (Barbara), Gary Milhorn (Thelma), Danny Milhorn Jane Brobeck (Robert) and Beth Bishop (Graylng); and her brother Robert "Bob" Hawkins. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, the family asked that donations be made to the Boones Creek Christian Church in loving memory of Mary Lucille Milhorn.
