She is survived by: her husband Carl Lewis; her son Scott Trent; her stepchildren, Steve Lewis, Mike Lewis and Jane Culp; her grandchildren, Daniel Trent and Rebecca Clemmons; and her great grandchildren, Maggie Trent and Abigail Christian. She is also survived by step grandchildren, step great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
