She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis E. Haselden and Illa Maye Hutcherson Haselden; and her spouse Taft Stanford "Stan" Simmons. She is survived by: her children, Theressa S. Smith (Samuel) of Rockingham, Taft S. Simmons, Jr. (Donna) of Gray, TN and Tracie S. Howard (Kevin) of Johnson City, TN; and her brothers, Brian Haselden, Darrell Haselden, George Haselden and Andrew Haselden (Beth).
