She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Lee and Pearl Hamilton Bowser; her husband Billie Joe Fitzgerald; and her siblings, Rob Bowser, Virginia Bowser Feathers and Imogene Bowser Leedy.
She is survived by: her sons, Lynn Fitzgerald, Joe Fitzgerald (Laura) and Andy Fitzgerald (Erin).
