She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Bessie E. Bristol Vanover of Johnson City and Edward L. Vanover of Elizabethton; her husband Ralph Heatherly; her son Michael Tanner (Lauren) of Kentucky; her grandchildren, Alex Tanner (Loretta) of Johnson City and Meredith Tanner of Kentucky; her siblings, Larry Vanover of Johnson City, David Vanover of Johnson City, Theresa Vanover of Maryland, Sherry Vanover of Johnson City and Donna Stout of Johnson City; and her close friends, Yvonne Leonard of Gray and Sue Bradbury of Maryland.
Those who prefer memorials in lieu of flowers may make donations to St. Jude's Children's Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 in honor of Debra.
