He is survived by: his parents, Robert Earl Robbins, Jr. and Shirley Ann Gareffa Robbins of Coeburn, VA; his wife Bernetta Mullins; his daughter London Robbins; the mother of his child Bernetta Robbins of Coeburn, VA; his brother Bob Robbins (Allison); his nieces and nephews, Charlie and Maggie of Coeburn, VA; his sister Kathy Sue Robbins Weippert (Bob) of Milwaukie, OR; his cousin Melissa Saunders Hickingbottom of Vidalia, LA; and his close friends, Mike (Donna), Brandy (Jessica) and Jeff (Jamie). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
