He was predeceased by: his parents, John Henry and Ina Mae Snodgrass (Hughes); his siblings, John Bradley, Edwin, Allen, Merle, Ronnie Snodgrass, Canzada Sneed, Helen Anderson and Betty Vaughan; and his granddaughter Letha Marie Snodgrass.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy Sue Snodgrass (Davis); his children, Billy Joe Jr. (Vanessa), Dale (Linda), Mark (Tiffeney), Keith Snodgrass (Kimberly) and Tammy Williams (Todd); and his sisters, Joyce Lackey and Mary Ruth Laster (Eunice). He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and nineteen great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, gifts can be made to Buffalo Ridge Baptist Church or St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
